Shipping is FREE USPS 1st class to USA on Hot Fix Rhinestones, Rhinestuds, Pearl Studs, Domestuds and Nailheads orders over $25.  UPS is available at checkout to USA customers.

It is with regrets that we no longer ship 1st class mail to Canada for Free due to the recent high rate of fraud.  All packages will now be shipped via Priority or Express Mail with declaration at full value.   We will insure the package at our expense.  We are not responsible for any Taxes/Duties/Import fees incurred.

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination, you will be given various shipping methods upon checkout.  Please note that a 5% charge applies to the entire order; this charge covers handling and insurance costs.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?
Please contact us prior to sending any items back to us; include your name, order # and reason for return.  You will be issued a Return Authorization number that we ask you include in all email correspondence and with the items when they are returned to us.  Returns and exchanges must be mailed back in a PADDED ENVELOPE or BOX within 10 days of receipt and be in new and unused condition.   We highly suggest that you purchase insurance and/or delivery confirmation for your return package as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and they will not be refunded/honored.  For returns we will issue a refund on the purchase less our actual shipping cost (if applicable) and a 20% restocking fee.   Refunds under $5 will be issued a coupon code.      
Swarovski & Preciosa Factory packages are not returnable/exchangeable/refundable once they have been opened.
Hot Fix Vinyl's & Hot Fix Design Paper is not returnable/exchangeable/refundable.

3.  How long will it take to receive my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking View Order Status.  We pride ourselves in fast shipping and most orders are shipped the same day, and all orders are shipped within 24 hours.  you will receive email confirmation with shipping information upon shipment of your package.
